Last week, I fired my driving instructor, Toh. Yes the one who was busy checking out his TOTO/4D while guiding me ON the road the whole time. But that wasn’t the reason I did so.
He gave me the lamest excuse ever. Told me he was having a stomach ache (he looks perfectly fine though) and intend to end the lesson at 9pm when it was supposed to be at 930pm. Of course I didn’t agree to it. I stopped the car in the middle of the left lane and came to terms with him. “It’s either I drop you off to the nearest toilet or I just end my lesson now”.
That fucking old retard still insisted that I should just continue till 9pm while I remember it was only 820pm. What just gave away was, WHO IN THE WORLD COULD BEAR A STOMACH ACHE? He wasn’t even fidgeting! So I paid him half an hour of lesson, slammed the door in his face and called his friend, Ong (who was supposed to teach me initially) but was engaged! I was fuming mad on the bus wanting to get hold of him.
Half an hour later he called and apologized on Toh’s behalf. I didn’t buy it at all and firmly told him that I do NOT wish to engage him as my instructor anymore. To avoid the incident, Ong asked me for my next lesson and I booked him last Saturday which I had to cancel unintentionally because I was feeling under the weather. I seriously think he has no sense of humanity (if that’s the correct word for it).
He still has the cheek to ask, “Why are you sick? Can’t come for 1 hour only meh?” And told me off saying that his slots were all full and can’t accommodate to me anymore this week. FYI, my TP is just next week which is on the 15th.
I swear I didn’t have the strength to argue with him over the phone. Like I mentioned in my tweet, YOU JUST WAIT!
This morning I simply texted him this, ” Hi Ong, my TP is on 15th July which is next week. I would appreciate if you could prioritize your students who are having their TP soon. I have yet to book any lessons from you after I missed one lesson last Saturday and I am still waiting for your call. Please do so as I don’t wish to report this matter to the TRAFFIC POLICE. Thanks for your understanding”
I am surprised he called within few seconds and ask if I was free tonight.
I know I might sound harsh but he left me with no choice!
